Potatoes are also said to have these yogurt potatoes, they do not need to do much to make them. These are made by mixing boiled potatoes and yogurt, it is a very tasty vegetable, evening meal potato soup and parathas look very good. It is very liked in northern India.

Ingredients: potato yogurt recipe

Potatoes - 6 boiled (300 g)
yogurt - ½ cup or 150 grams (Fanatic)
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Green coriander - chopped
Green Chili - 1 -2 Finely Chopped
Asafoetida - 1 pinch slightly
Cumin seed ½ small spoon
Coriander Powder - ½ small spoon
Turmeric powder - ¼ small spoon
Red Chilli Powder - a little less than a ¼ teaspoon
Salt - 1 small spoon or flavor

Method :

Peel the boiled potatoes.
Heat the pan to make the vegetable Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and let it warm. Heat oil after adding the asafetida and cumin seeds. After roasting cumin, put coriander powder, turmeric powder and finely chopped green chilies. Spoon the spices, stir the spices a little. After frying the masala, put the potatoes in the spices by breaking them into pieces.

Mix 1-2 minutes until all the ingredients are well mixed, put one and a half cups of water and cover the vegetables and cook until boiling. Add the red chilies when the vegetable comes to boil.
Now put a little bit of fried yogurt in the vegetable and put it in small quantities and cook the vegetables continuously.


When the vegetable comes to boil, add salt to it and let the vegetable boil for 4-5 minutes. Put green coriander in the vegetable and mix it. The vegetable is ready, turn off the gas and take out the vegetable in a bowl. Ready-to-use yogurt potato's cheesy vegetable.


Delicious yogurt is ready to be made of potato, garnish it with green coriander. Serve and eat yogurt potato with chapati, paratha, rice or whole

suggestion :

Insert yogurt only after the vegetable is boiled well, a little bit of yogurt. Put in quantity and keep the vegetables continuously.
Take out the yogurt half-an-hour before the fridge so that it comes at normal temperature and prepare it well.
